Eric Tompkins founded ReckTech Digital after more than 15 years leading enterprise transformation, PMO modernization, and strategic delivery initiatives. Over the course of his career, he repeatedly saw organizations struggle with the same challenge: turning good ideas into measurable business outcomes. That challenge became the foundation for Blueprint First™, ReckTech Digital's transformation methodology, and later inspired Eric's book, Rapid PMO Audit Sprint. Both were created around a simple belief: successful transformation starts with understanding the problem, aligning stakeholders, establishing governance, and creating a clear path to execution before major investments are made. Eric's experience spans enterprise PMO leadership, digital transformation, operational improvement, and software innovation. His work has helped organizations improve governance, modernize operations, recover struggling initiatives, and unlock new opportunities for growth. He is also the creator of innovative platforms including BilletPro, Lantern, and ScoutSwipe, solutions born from real-world operational challenges and built using the same Blueprint First principles he applies with clients today. Through ReckTech Digital, Eric helps organizations move from strategy to execution and from ideas to outcomes.
